Overall Rules for the Party!
 
The rules for FRAGtopia 2(001) are pretty simple and are common sense for the most part. The organizers naturally reserve the right to eject violators from the party, without refund. If you have any questions or concerns please email us here.
 
1) Please don't spill food or drink on someone else's equipment. (They'll kill you.... We'll just watch and laugh.)
 
2) No large file transfers over the network, especially during peak hours. PLEASE! Transferring large files sucks up an incredible amounts of bandwidth, and drives pings up. If it becomes a real issue, as it has at some LANs, you may be asked to stop and then leave if you continue.
 
3) Don't mess with the servers or the network. Ping flooding or attacking servers is sometimes an issue at LANs. Don't bother, it won't make you cool or popular. You also won't like Marauder when he's grumpy about his precious servers being bothered.
 
4) This goes along with #1. Respect other people's property. Don't touch anything that isn't yours without permission.
 
5) Please watch your language. We all get worked up and excited when we're playing games. But it looks very bad to the press and people's parents if there's excessive cursing, yelling, smashing of keyboards etc.
 
6) No smoking in the building. Please exit the building to smoke.
 
7) Don't litter. There's lots of garbage bins around, use 'em.
 
8) Don't be a jerk. If you really MUST be a jerk, do it somewhere else. Thanks!
 
9) The organizers and staffers are not responsible for personal injury, stolen or damaged equipment or much of anything else. Don't sue us, we're just as broke as you are. Maybe broker.
 
10) No alcohol or drugs allowed on the premises. We're not licensed and don't need the hassle. There are several bars within walking distance of the club. Just ask.
 
11) We've made a new rule this year as well for tourney winners. If you win first place in one tourney, you cannot place first in any other tourney. :) ([xeno]Dy-Syng cleaned house last year......)
 
12) The organizers of FRAGtopia 2(001), VAM Computers Inc & FRAGtopia.com accept no responsibility for loss, damages or personal injury. It's not our fault.
 
13) The most important rule of all: Come out, Have fun!!!
